CBA joined forces with Employee Security Plans in 2001 to provide brokerage, consulting and administrative services to Ohio and Indiana schools. Our paths had crossed earlier through a mutual association with J.W. Didion & Associates, the premier school TPA in Ohio. Most schools know of J.W.
